Education Loan Finance (ELFI) is giving away $50,000 toward student loan debt. Want a shot at it? Here's what to do.

How to enter

For the contest, entrants must produce a video, between 20 seconds and two minutes. The topic: how student loan refinancing helped or would help you empower a brighter future — and how having no student loan debt, thanks to the prize money, would boost that empowerment. 

To be eligible for the contest, you must have at least $15,000 in student loan debt. 

Here are just a few ideas to get your juices flowing:

  • Is your debt holding you back from pursuing your dreams? What would you do if you weren't paying on your student loans every month?
  • Do you want to open your own business?
  • Would you travel the world?
  • Do you dream of buying a house for your family?
Tell ELFI how wiping away your student loan debt would help you pursue your goals. For those who have refinanced or have thought about refinancing, tell us how it helped or would help you get closer to meeting your goals.
